Akemi Sakaida, LA provides all landscape architecture and irrigation design services. She has over 20 years of experience with site development and redevelopment projects.
She understands the difficulty and creating an aesthetically pleasing landscape that meets the requirements of the governing agency while providing necessary storefront visibility and reasonable irrigation and maintenance costs. She works hard to find creative solutions to meet the site and code restraints and is willing to work with developers to press the governing agencies where appropriate to find solutions that meet the interests of the developer.
Communication is key to a successful project. We always strive to work closely with the owner, architect and contractor so that the entire development process is fully coordinated. Our clients appreciate the thoroughness of our documents as this allows the developer to pass through the permit process quickly and allow the contractor to complete the work efficiently.
