Pedro DeGuzman, PE provides all site planning and civil engineering services. He has over 20 years of experience with site development and redevelopment projects. His portfolio has included nearly all the major jurisdictions throughout Washington and Oregon.
He understands and sympathizes for developers as they try to make sense of the ever stringent code requirements and permitting complexities. He works hard to find creative solutions to meet the site and code restraints and is willing to work with developers to press the governing agencies where appropriate to find solutions that meet the interests of the developer.
Communication is key to a successful project. We always strive to work closely with the owner, architect and contractor so that the entire development process is fully coordinated. Our clients appreciate the thoroughness of our documents as this allows the developer to pass through the permit process quickly and allow the contractor to complete the work efficiently.
