Terraforma Design Group provides civil engineering and landscape architecture design services throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Since 2001, we have established a broad portfolio of projects involving site development with a focus on commercial retail and educational facilities. Our extensive experience includes working with most of the major jurisdictions throughout Washington and Oregon.

Terraforma Design Group is a small design firm with a focus on excellent customer service. All communication and design work is performed by licensed professionals with at least 20 years of experience in site development. This allows us to understand various governing agency requirements, navigate planning and permitting hurdles and be able to solve complex site issues in order to deliver sound design documents. Our clients have also appreciated our responsiveness to project schedules and the thoroughness of our work.
With ever more stringent agency requirements and a shrinking inventory of “easy sites”, our clients appreciate our creativity and ability to work with agencies to find solutions that meet the intent of the codes while accommodating the developer’s time and budget constraints.
